Nasreddine Guerfala is a professional engineer with 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, and business development across North Africa, Canada, and the U.S. He has held leadership roles at Enwave and Hydro One, driving innovation in microgrids, battery storage, and EV charging. Currently, he is the Vice President of Business Development at TruGrid, specializing in solar and battery storage solutions.
Recognized for his contributions to the energy sector, Nasreddine has received multiple awards, including the 2025 Clean50 Emerging Leader and the Top 10 Alumni Achievement Award from Toronto Metropolitan University.
